Zzzzz… *alarm rings* I wake.. Uhm.. It’s morning already?!

You’d think that being a WAHM (work-at-home-mom), I’d have enough sleep, but no. On the contrary, I am more sleep deprived than I have ever been in my life. It makes me reminisce about my younger years when I refused to nap and wanted to stay up late all the time, because now, all I want to do is catch on some much needed sleep, which I rarely ever get. As my blog’s title suggests, I am an Unwilling Workaholic. When I work, I work like no one’s business. I don’t like leaving anything unfinished if I can help it. However, when you’re a mom and a wife, it’s not exactly easy to keep up with everything that needs to be done. WAHMs need more than 24 hours a day, because really, 24 hours is not enough for us to get everything done.

When Work Becomes a Chore

It’s always a bad thing when we start feeling that work has become a chore. Chores are so not fun. Well, at least for me it isn’t. I hate chores, which is why I am a bit of an obsessive compulsive. I have mad organizational skills. Everything should be in its proper place otherwise, I lose it. Like really, I throw the baddest bitch fit anyone can ever throw. Smile with tongue out Take my word for it, or you can ask my husband. Smile with tongue out LOL. Open-mouthed smileI’ve trained my kids and the husband to put everything back where it belongs because I don’t like picking up after them and having to do it over and over. I’m lucky they’re cooperative. Except for the boy. He’s a handful and the messiest person I have ever met. I’m giving him a chance because he’s only 3, he’ll be 4 this month, but when he reaches 5, it’s over and he has to clean up after himself. Or else.

5 Tips to Avoid Online Employment Scams

When I was just starting to work online, I wished someone had given me tips to avoid online employment scams, I would have saved a lot of effort and energy and my writings would have been paid.

Online workers are more susceptible to scams as compared to people who work offline. For us people who work online and accepts jobs, there are no guarantees that our employers are legitimate and will indeed pay after the tasks asked of us to be done. It’s risky and yet we have no choice. Or so it seems at first, but there are ways to protect ourselves as well.
